Chris & Dana Byers{global + mobile} partnership

Starting in early August our family will be on the move through Europe to provide training, consulting, and resources free of charge. In addition we will be using this opportunity to generally learn more about how we can be a resource to these churches and leaders. In the past 2 months we’ve seen doors open to help growing churches in Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic with evangelistic efforts online, church planting resources, and translation of English materials.

We are parting with much of what we own here in the UK and planning to take our unique and very mobile work on the road until the end of November. Our intent is to live in short stay housing during our journey. This will allow us to go to a city for a few weeks to develop relationships with various church leaders and move around the region as we see momentum develop on specific projects.

During December we expect to visit the US and use that time to connect with family, donors, and our partners at LifeChurch.tv We suspect – though aren’t sure – that there could be opportunity to continue this mobile way of life in 2010 in a different global region, starting next January.
How You Can Help

Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare to head out in less than 4 weeks. You can pray:

1) we’d be fully obedient as God leads us into relationships with churches across Europe,
2) for strengthening of and protection for our marriage as we serve together,
3) that God’s peace would surround Blake (6) and Mackenzie (3) during this season of homeschooling and having no permanent home.
